The brain continuously processes information which receives from our eyes, ears and other sensory organs.For example, if you hear a vehicle drive by while you’re typing a document on the computer, your brain registers the sound of the engine and connects it to your memory for identification.Recognition of the sound source lets your mind and body know that you are safe to continue working.
Basic of mind control
It's easy to understand for student. Just remember those days when you are student.your class started at 6:30 am.before previous night you think I have to go class on timely.so you setup alarm on your phone.but you didn't get up timely sometimes the reason is only that your mind don't want to take stress from school.
Let's us assumed another example, your parents are planning for the tour next morning, when you set your alarm you will definitely get up before the alarming timing which you set on your phone.Is it true or Not,this can only done by our mind.
Drug are very good at getting rid of pain, but they often have unpleasant, and even serious, side effects when used for a long time.Some old age techniques—including meditation and yoga—as well as newer variations may help reduce your mind stress.Many researchers suggests that pain involves both the mind and the body, mind-body therapies may have the capacity to alleviate pain by changing the way you perceive it.How you feel pain is influenced by your genetic Makeup,Emotions,Personality, and Lifestyle. It's also influenced by past experience.The following techniques can help you take your mind Control and relief also may help to override established pain signals.
1. Deep breathing:-
it's central to all the techniques, so deep breathing is the one to learn first. Inhale deeply, hold for a few seconds, and exhale. For example, you may want to breathe in "peace" and breathe out "tension." There are also several apps for smartphones and tablets that use sound and images to help you maintain breathing rhythms.
2. Meditation with guided imagery:-
Begin deep breathing, paying attention to each breath.Then listen to calming music or imagine being in a restful environment. If you find your mind wandering, say "refresh," and call the image back into focus.its one of the best method to control mind. We have also listen in Bhagwat gita that when krishna and balram was at school( ancient time called Aaram) their teacher teaches how our mind do everything in world even we are at our home.Krishna and balram both travel different places with their mind.this theory also proved by different Researchers.
3. Charge your Mind by Running:-
World’s best physical exercise for brain is running. Adrenaline, a neurotransmitter which sends signal from one neuron to another, is released into the body by sympathetic nervous system when we run or do vigorous exercise. All mind disorders are directly proportional to stress.
4. Mindfulness:-
Pick any activity which you enjoy—reading poetry, walking in nature, gardening, or cooking—and become fully immersed in it.Notice every detail of what you are doing and how your senses and emotions are responding.Practice bringing mindfulness to all aspects of your life.its will also improve to reduce our mind stress.
5. Positive thinking:-
its one of the crucial point on which we have to concentrate.if we think always positive,our mind always want to do positive work.it will improve our confidence to do work.As you know if we got confidence there is always change to do great work. When you try something new but you didn't get positive response.Need not to be worry it mean it will be better next time. Again, you do same project by remembering your previous failure experience, you will do better this time So, Always take Negative incident as positive intent which improve your life.
6. Adopt a Healthy Diet:-
Always Take quality food rich in omega 3 fatty acids, proteins. Avoid junkies to the maximum as they lock in nutrition value. It may be subjective what to have for breakfast, lunch or supper, but give emphasis to protein, fibre and liquid content. If your belly is healthy, you make enjoy your life to the max. Acidity is nemesis to the proper functioning of the brain.
